Corporate Event Golf Simulator in Denver
Most corporate event entertainment ends up as background. A Fairway on the Fly golf simulator gives your guests something to do together. We bring a professional simulator to your office, venue or conference, then run a live-scored competition with a host, a leaderboard and a three-person crew. Your team mingles. You don't manage a vendor.
Built for the events you're planning
Client appreciation events: a competition that gets clients talking to your team
Team building: beginners routinely beat golfers at Closest to the Pin, so everyone plays
Holiday parties and company celebrations
Conference receptions and trade show activations
Sponsor activations: a branded, live-scored experience for your partners
Team building everyone can play
A golf simulator puts the whole team in the same game, golfers and first-timers side by side, with a leaderboard everyone keeps checking.

Pick a format that fits your group:

Team play on a real course. Split into teams and play holes at Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill or Royal Troon.

Closest to the pin and longest drive. Quick individual contests on a live leaderboard, with the leaders called out by our host.

Head to head. Players or teams face off on a real course, tournament style.

It works for quarterly offsites, sales kickoffs, all-hands meetings, new-hire welcomes, holiday parties and client appreciation. Our host keeps the line moving and keeps it friendly, so the quiet people play too.
Trade shows and booth activations
A golf simulator gives people a reason to stop at your booth and stay a few minutes. Your logo goes on the setup and the leaderboard, and the leaderboard gives them a reason to come back and check their spot.

Our three-person crew runs the contest, so your team can spend its time talking to the people in line.

Conference receptions and sponsor activations work the same way: a branded contest in the room where your attendees already are.

Planning a booth:

Space: the setup needs about 15 x 15 ft, so plan on a 20 x 20 ft booth or larger. We’ll check it against your floor plan.
Power: two standard 110V outlets, ordered through the show’s electrical service.
Show rules: some convention centers have their own rules about who can set up equipment on the floor. Tell us the venue and we’ll confirm before we quote.
Insurance: we send a certificate of insurance on request. If your show needs additional insured status, tell us when you ask for a quote.
Multi-day shows: quoted for your exact show hours.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with our venue or planner directly?
Yes. Send us the venue contact and we'll handle load-in, timing and requirements.
Can you add our company branding?
Yes. Logos can go on the setup and the live leaderboard.

Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability coverage, and we're glad to send a certificate of insurance to your venue before the event.

Can we run a team competition?
Yes. Teams can play a real course together, or everyone can play closest to the pin and longest drive on the live leaderboard. Tell us your group size and we’ll suggest a format.

Can you set up in a trade show booth?
Yes, with about 15 x 15 ft of booth space and two standard outlets. Send us the show, the venue and your booth size, and we’ll check the floor plan and the show’s rules.

How many people can play during a reception or a show day?
We plan on about 20 guests an hour for a full turn. Quick one-shot contests move more people, so we’ll set the format around your schedule.
