Golf Simulator for Tournaments and Fundraisers in Colorado

Give every golfer and guest a contest to play. We bring a full-swing golf simulator, run closest to the pin and longest drive on a live leaderboard, and put your sponsors’ logos where everyone can see them. Our three-person crew handles setup, the contest and teardown, so your committee can focus on the event.

Where it fits on tournament day

Registration and warm-up. Players take their swings while they check in, before they head out.

The post-round reception. Keep the energy up between the last putt and the awards, with a leaderboard everyone’s watching.

Galas, dinners and auctions. An indoor contest that guests who don’t golf will happily try.

Off-season and winter events. When the courses close, we set up indoors, so your golf event doesn’t have to wait for spring.

Contests built for a full field

Closest to the Pin. One shot, measured in feet and inches, with the leader on the board.

Longest Drive. Distance tracked by the launch monitor, leaders shown live.

Target Challenge. Carnival-style target games, great for guests who’ve never held a club.

Course play. Teams can play holes at Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill or Royal Troon, together or tournament style.

A full turn takes a few minutes per guest, and we plan on about 20 guests an hour. For a big field, we’ll shape the contest and the schedule around your tee times and reception so the line keeps moving. Tell us your field size when you ask for a quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can every player in our field take a swing?
We plan on about 20 guests an hour for a full turn. For a large field, we’ll set the contest and timing around your tee times and reception so the line keeps moving. Tell us your field size and schedule and we’ll recommend a format.

Where do you set up at a golf course?
Usually at the clubhouse, on a patio or terrace, near the range, or in your event room, anywhere with the space and power listed above.

Can our sponsors’ logos go on the leaderboard?
Yes. Sponsor logos can go on the setup and the leaderboard, and our host will call out each contest sponsor. Branding is quoted with your event.

Do you provide the prizes?
Prizes come from your committee or sponsors. We track the winners on the leaderboard and our host announces them.

What happens if the weather turns at an outdoor tournament?
We don’t set up in sustained winds above 15 mph or gusts above 25 mph, based on the National Weather Service forecast for your venue. We’ll talk through an indoor backup when we plan the day.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Our packages are the same price for every event. Many tournaments and galas cover the cost with a contest sponsor, and we’ll put that sponsor’s logo front and center.

Can you work with our tournament director or the club’s events team?
Yes. Send us their contact and we’ll coordinate load-in, timing and requirements directly.

Planning a 2027 tournament?

Get your date on our calendar early. Tell us your date, venue and field size, and we’ll send a quote, usually within a day.
