Guests scan a QR code to check in, take three swings, and watch their name climb a live leaderboard on a second screen. Our host keeps the line moving and calls out lead changes. It’s the part of the event people talk about afterward.
The Technology
QuadMAX, Volition America edition, built on Foresight's tour-proven camera technology. Full enclosure, impact screen, and turf. Every shot measured for speed, angle, spin, and distance.
What we need from you
A flat, dry space, two standard outlets, and at least 11 feet of ceiling. We handle the rest.
Booking Process
1. Tell Us About Your Event
Date, venue, headcount, and what you want the day to feel like. Use the form or call 720.930.2219.
2. We Build the Quote
We’ll confirm your on-site window, travel, and any add-ons, then send a clear number. No per-person fees, no surprises.
3. Lock the Date
A 50% deposit holds your date. Balance is due seven days before the event.
4. We Plan the Details
Competition format, branding, load-in timing, and venue requirements. We coordinate directly with your venue if that’s easier.
5. Tee Off
We arrive early, set up, run the event, and pack out. You enjoy your own party.

$375 per hr - Three-person crew - Two-hour minimum
Fairway Starter - 2 Hours - $750
Two hours on a real golf simulator, set up wherever your event is. We bring everything, run it for you, and pack it out. Good fit for smaller gatherings, team nights, birthdays, and open houses where you want something guests will actually talk about.
Eagle Experience - 4 Hours - $1,500 *Most Popular*
Four hours, and this is the one most people book. Everything in the Starter plus the full lineup of contests: longest drive, closest to the pin, and target challenges. Guests can also play real courses head to head. Built for corporate events, client appreciation days, fundraisers, and tournaments where you need people engaged the whole time.
Fairway Elite - 6 Hours - $2,250
Six hours, everything in the Eagle, and we run the tournament side for you all day. Add your logo or a sponsor's to the setup and the live leaderboard. Built for weddings, all day corporate events, golf tournaments, and anything with a sponsor attached. If your event runs long and you'd rather not think about it, this is the one.
Every package includes:

Fully insured. Fairway on the Fly carries $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability coverage. We'll provide a certificate of insurance for your venue on request.
Games & Challenges
Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive run on the live leaderboard. All three include top-three recognition and optional sponsor branding.
A short par 3 on a course worth looking at. Everyone gets three swings, closest to the flag wins. The most inclusive format we run — beginners beat golfers at this all the time, which is exactly why it works for mixed crowds.
Closest To The Pin
Wide open, no penalty for missing. Guests swing as hard as they want and the leaderboard does the rest. Loud, fast, and the easiest one to build a crowd around.
Longest Drive
Four targets at 50, 100, 150, and 200 yards, one shot each, scores added up. Accuracy beats power here — the guy who bombs it 300 doesn't automatically win. The one real golfers ask for.
Target Challenge
Course Play
Prefer to play actual holes? Choose from world-famous courses like Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill and Royal Troon. Teams pick a course, play a scramble, and the leaderboard tracks it live.
Best for smaller groups and longer events — course play takes more time per guest than a single-shot competition. We’ll help you decide which format fits your headcount and your schedule.
Team Play
Take turns amongst your team hitting the same ball. Work together to get to the green.
